For me I think it depends on that  situation, But me if I'm not happy about   something I cry

i think my mood defines my thoughts..to elaborate, if im thinking about something that makes me happy ,it will reflect on my mood.you walk in on me and be able  to tell instantly ,you'd probable ask me '' i wonder what you're thinking about ,that smile says it all'' you know? something like that.

so i think to answer your question , my mood are exact reflection of thoughts.
