After a year of joining Youthzones, this weekend was an eye opening experience and a joy to my heart, I now  understand the essence and  the purpose of the organization. Seeing other Youthzones members doing what they love. I'm inspired to be a better person, not for me but for other people.

There welcome we received in Jane Furse was so amazing and genuine and the best thing is that it came from real people with real emotions. We were not celebrities but the respect we got there was amazing. Anita, Johannes, Virginia and their mother, what a great time we had with you guys, thank you for the hospitality and care you gave us, may the good Lord be with you.

A great point of interest was that of a guy called Ike who is well over 50 years of age, and yet the energy he has is out of this world. At his age, he could run over 70 minutes on the field.... amazing!!

He was such an inspiration to the youth there and mostly to me, as a teacher and a very active member of the community he has such passion that many young stars lack but deeply need.

If this is the inspiration and zest that the Youthzones brings to the peoples, there is definitely hope for our world and hope brings life. You know the journey to and from Jane Furse was so nice and powerful. I got to know the guys Doc, Simon and Teramai as we got words of encouragement from Doc and shared a lot things together. Big ups to you Doc I really do respect you.

And I say, If you have not been to the people and seen their suffering and achievements, you have not yet lived
