Arbinger Institute Global-Our second Turn the World Outward award recipient is Doc Mabila. Doc was studying medicine and on his way to becoming a professional soccer player when he decided to sacrifice those goals to help underprivileged people in South Africa. He is known as the kindest, most outward person by every single person that knows him and has immensely impacted the lives of those around him. Doc is now a Project Manager at Youthzones and Director of Amaverkykers-both organizations that empower young people in impoverished towns in South Africa.
