nobody likes being with or working with someone that is negative or too serious.it must always be enjoyable for others to see you and be with you. a smile, a joke or a friendly touch can go a long way.be positive and at the right time, be fun, be funny. always study the behavior of others, are they happy with you or their laughter is fake?
