This is lovely and it’s one of my best highlights in Ntabazwe. The little eyes are watching and little ears listen. When it comes to being an example I am always aware that the choices I make not only affect myself only, but also children who regard me as their superhero.when I have difficult choice to make, I think aloud and allow kids to see how I work through the issue,and make decisions. The process of making good decision is a good skill. To Apologize and admit mistakes and when I make a bad choice let those who watch and learn from me know that I make a mistake and how I plan to fix it.I encountered so many problems with some of the players in Ntabazwe when everyone wanted to play, but I managed to fix the damage and I saw smiles from the little ones which brought more confidence to myself.It is so important to whatever I choose to do with my life, be proud of who I become.This may be a long road but it is my responsibility  to commemorate the lessons,gather strength and character development. I learnt and inspired to do much better and even myself I was not perfect on the day as I reflect on the day and through the mistakes I made. Life!!!
