People use their power to do bad thing while they were suppose to use their power to encourage and motivate people to do the right things. Most of the people who have top position in this country they are abusing their power, they corrupt everyone and everything and this thing is affecting our communities. The true leadership will use his power to guide people and to show them the right direction and to make sure that people are doing the right things.

Most of the leaders in our communities are influencing people to do bad things and they are corrupting our children for their own benefits like last time children were taken to the strikes now those children they refuse to obey the rules at school cause leaders thought them to fight and strike, when teachers give them their results after to write an exam if is fail they want to pass in force otherwise they will strike. So that bad influence caused them and teachers. Now they can't discipline those children, because they scare them. But if the leaders take good care about the future of the children at school they were suppose to encourage them to do school work, listen to their teachers and obey the rule  or school governing policy. Now is our responsibilities as the leaders of the future to take good care of the children and other community members and give them light at all levels.
