Under20 MBA Legacy project: This ultimate search for Africa’s next generation of CEOs and Captains of Industries is an intense search that will attract between 100 000 to 300 000 applicants from a pool of 15 SADC countries including two neighboring Islands. Successful appointees will tour the globe and benefit from savvy business training adapted to their age and dispensed by seasoned market leaders across three business hubs through international expeditions to, New York, West Africa and China.
Applicants must between the ages: 16-20, demonstrate excellent leadership at home, at school and in the community; Show initiative and leadership potential in setting and achieving short and long-term goals; Exhibit adept creative abilities, problem solving and analytical skills. A display of strong patriotic elements, understanding of socio-economic context of own background and eagerness to represent own country and community on a global platform.
