Sitting at KSA reflecting on the past week and last day or so...am realising the importance of communication. Umlazi is in need of real assistance but our communication is proving to be a hinderance than an advantage..this needs to be resolved..am on it...

I sat with Mondli yesterday at Smartxchange and I got to understand how teams in Umlazi are neglected they get very little assistance from the community, I'm talking about the spars/gas stations etc from the community. It is important to give back to the community that we are in or that has assisted in your growth...look behind you you were not the last person to get assistance.

On a lighter note I was looking forward to training with guys eMlazi twas great chatting to Mondli and brain storming solutions...till we meet again then....
