when children reach their teens they start needing to find their own way in the world, test their independence and forge their own identity. and a big part of this is a newfound need for their own personal space and privacy. achild of six or seven won't mind sharing a bedroom with siblings, but once they reach adolesence all that change.
giving them space and privacy under your roof will cement their foundation of trust between you, yes, oyu can go into their badroom to check whether they've left dirty plates under the bed - it is your house , after all, but the journal thats starting you in the face is not
as an academy we are trying to teach all the young ones to respect their parents, everyone around them and to do their job before their come to training and games
