Growing up I was influenced subliminally to look upto Soccer Stars, Media Icons, Tycoons, Head Honcho's and basically all those living the good life with money that grows on trees. Not so much so, anymore! Now Im inspired by a different class of people. Those of a class that believe in a cause bigger then themselves, that do it with passion for the love of it.

To abo gogo that pray endlessly for the progress of Africa and Africans. Ama teacher that wake up to guide youth in the worst conditions, those that persist against all odds, everyday. Ama nurse that forsake their family lives to administer the correct healthcare to us at odd hours. Those that never turn back a client at clinics. The activists that have no real life, real friends...those that live a lonely life to fight for human rights and against the injustices of inequality, the guys that live on the road helping. The politicians and businessmen that serve, that use their public stature and resources to encourage and advocate for a smiling South Africa. The sports coaches who do it for the love, day in and day out spending hours grooming, your selflessness is noticed and not in vain. To all who believe in a better world, a better africa and actively play their part in ensuring that that the vision is realised...
