the race is on and a lot of things to be done but my worry is a have  lot of skills in mind and lot of things I want to achieve this year that I was dreaming about previous race and I had 99% of things I also worry about and only 1% of the things  I worry about happens positive. on this race I want to deal with the 99% of things that did not happens.

but how I overcome the 99 problems

firstly back to any accomplishment in my life. probably, I discovered that my accomplishment was due to a problem I had to face and overcome. if I look at any person who has achieved anything in his or her life, I notice that their success was also due to problems they had to face and conquer.

secondly, I think back to an obvious mistake I have recently made. before I start kicking all over again, I have to stop and take a closer look at the overall outcome. I discover that I have learnt  and grown more from that experience than I have from anything else that week, month or even a year

LERSON I HAVE LEARN LAST BEFORE 2016 DURING HOLIDAYS

SOME SAID. when you are willing to see your problems in this new light, you will recognize the opportunities they hide and meet the challenges they present. the reason why so many people fail to recognize opportunity, is that they think opportunity will some day come knocking on their door and say, HI I'M OPPORTUNITY! I learn that opportunity does not usually show itself. it doesn't come down from the sky like bolt of lightning. it usually come disguised. yes opportunities usually have a sneaky way of masking themselves as problems, misfortunes and failures.

I looked at the picture above and I say to my self I want to be the one who hold the robe with both my hands and also achieve the things I did not achieve. I have to change my behavior as a leader and not lead by force but to lead by example. the most thing am happy with our village is new and a lot of thing to be change this year I  want to be the one who brings change to our community and share what I have in mind, the things will make our community a batter place to were we can gather. a safe place for our children were they can grow and learn.
