Long before I was born we had people who were fighting for democracy and well being of the people in Mzansi..... they fought for most of their lifes for me and There people around mzansi who try to make differences in our communities, just like youthzones do they come asking to be our friends and they tell us how will they help us reach our peaks as the youth as mzansi. They give us plans and ideas of how to do things. In return the show us what they can do if we are united and willing to work hard in order to be developed and be better people in our communities. And no we act like this people owe us....we demand things and we act like we know everything. Some of us even try to sabotage each other for the benefit of ourselves not the community. as soon as we complain about things that we did not contribute on them know that we are doomed to fail all our lifes. Because we don't want to work hard but we demand big things that we did not contribute for.
what I am trying to say is that community leaders are always blamed for makes done in the community projects, but the very same community cant even say well done to the their leaders when they have done a good work. We normally focus on mistakes done instead of the way forward as mistakes are there to teach us something. But I would like to say to all community leaders in mzansi, please keep up the good work even if they call you names say things that will make you fill unwanted or bad.....you have to be strong and be willing to move forward; know that the mistakes you do will make you a better person tomorrow.
