Fun day filled Hiking, Team Building, Learning, planning and connecting with nature.

Personally for me it was a great experience, one of the things that touched me the most is going through the Labyrinth ( An ancient spiritual tool designed to foster contemplation and spiritual transformation, typically formed as a circle with a path leading to a center and constructed out of wide range of materials. This one at Shelter Rock is constructed out of stones).

It was very emotional yet I felt some kind of relief after. Other than that it was a moderately challenging trail, few instances where climbing got a bit tricky, but the views at the top of the mountain are worth it...not to forget the amazing owners and the staff.
