In everything you do, you need to develop the ability to accurately see where you are and how to accurately evaluate yourself. If you lie to yourself or you are too lazy to make the judgement, you simply will not grow. you will just improve your skill to run away. If  you are good at making excuses, you will be good at nothing else. instead, learn to see your weaknesses clearly, and you will have a starting point to grow from. dats what I  learned from a young boy during the training. each and everyday we learn something new.
