1. Position: Office Assistant/Receptionist (ref. Admin/Receptionist) Free State & Gauteng
Qualifications: DIPLOMA or equivalent: Administration, Computer Skills including PowerPoint & Excel
Requirements:
• Experience in administration environment
• Must have worked in an IT environment
• Good knowledge of computer usage & troubleshooting is a must
• Good people skills
• Own transport
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
• Receive calls
• Give information to customers
• General filing & typing
• Assist customers with typing, faxing, emailing & copying
• Register new businesses
Nature of position: Fixed Term contract
(Basic + Commission)
2. Life skills care giver/facilitator/assistant (ref. LS/Facilitator/Care-Giver) Free state & Gauteng
Contract (Project based)
Requirements:
• Post matric qualification
• First Aid skills is a plus
• Drivers licence.
• Experience in youth development /training environment
• Good English proficiency
• Good people skills
• Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
• General assistant to facilitator
• Provide care for beneficiaries
• Ensure all logistics are in place.
