Not everyone is that privileged

Being part of the youth zone team has helped me to grow in so many ways importantly it has taught me about the importance of teamwork and not to be selfish.

I have learnt especially from other leaders that being raised and living in a shack it's a privilege compared to the people living on the street and many more others who do not have roofs to hide their heads. I see on a social platform where all youth zones leaders are gathered, some reside in the middle of nowhere. At least I live in the township.

I’m writing this on a Samsung phone. And will upload it via 1GB data. Other people have ancient phones, no computers and their data packages will run out soon.

It’s cold outside now, so I’ve switched on the heater. Other people are not as privileged.
That needs to be true for everyone. Otherwise, we are not really a society after all.
