never afraid to fail because that the only way i grow. i have been a hustler for some tme and ven if i try i fail sometime i say to myselve why is this happenning to me? why now, i used to complain but to whom am i complaining answer to myself because they was nothing that i will do and succed if i kept on doing the same thing for sometime i have received too many good things especially from youthzones if i look at everything they have done for me and my team tears start to flow but i told myself everything happens for areason if am not dead i still have a chance to be succesful.

this year is for me and i still get disapointment but my mission is to fulfil my goal as a leader and a community leader even though as aleader we sometimes get discourage but we should not giveup to lead and if we do,lead by examples and aslo learn from others. youthzones has done wonders for me and for our team academy the last 6 years and i see that we have fail to go up from there, from the small things we have received if anyone can ask i can not tell what we have achieved with the small that we have received so far.

that is the thing that make me very angry and want to achieve more and i belive youthzones will continue to grow and change our counrty to be one of the best in the world. i realised youthzone is me and youthzone is there because of me, because of all of us everyone is a leader nomatter how small you are, you are a leader.

when i look were i come from i have suvive to many thing with people i socialize with the people i mixed with and i have learn to be petient. if you are a leader you arre not a boss and everything you are doing is not for you but if you are a leader who always say'' my '' you wont go any futher you keep on complaining to yourself why this, i have been cursed, somebody dont want me to grow you should immedently STOP saying this word MY and quikly say OUR. if you are laader nothing belong to you because you not working alone.

in this present i want to be a great leader to the community and a great man to my famil. done talking am just in the mission on finding out who am i ? and what i want in life .

i believe tomorrow victory is ours. if you fail dont giveup dont wait for someone. if you fall get yourself together and continue your journey
