How the people on sites are benefiting or growing from the project is beyond my description or one 's assessing till be part of them. I cant even record all the sms 'es, emails or calls not only to say thank you but to update about the progress in developing and benefits, joy etc and how freely we are with our work or friendships with them. One thing I admire about our project and make it somehow exception is that it gives freely and not manipulatively. I for one I see this people out there are benefiting and I dont even need a degree to see that. Better days ahead. But above all I always say is a teamwork and live it when on sites. Schalk and I wouldnt do any inch of this if we didnt have the best admin team of Elmien and Kayla, The M&E Team of Themba and Katherine, The greatest leader (not boss) to work with-Roelf, The Embassy of Kingdom of Netherlands Convergence, Torque IT, FIFA LOC, Microsoft and IDASA. For Schalk what you are doing broer is beyond sacrificing and undescribable. For Roelf, we need more leaders like you internationally.
