Yet another day in hot and sunny Mamelodi with our wonderful friends from the Kingdom of Netherlands, but this time they brought for us two special ladies. Professional musicians one from the Netherlands and one a native South African living in England. Ann and Jolana (pardon the spelling if its wrong), the later brought her mom and her grand-mom so did Jerome our old friend who made it all happen but him, his 87 year old mom.

It was joyous as they arrived to us listening to a local guy called Senzo blessing us with his own sound of music, mixed with local hip-hop from his friend Mzamo (apparently they are both rugby players). The ladies came and whooshed us away with their sweet sound of classic music, even though some where bored buy it i believe some where open to trying to understand it. As i moved around the crowed during the performances i could hear negative comments from some yet some were very positive, especially after one guy from the audience pointed out that Classical music gives you the basis or basics of music.

Contacts were exchanged and friendships built and some strengthened, all in all, the visit was well appreciated and worthwhile. Hope to see you guys soon and hope the kids learned a lot from the visit.

On behalf of the kids "Thank you Youthzones" and on behalf of Youthzones "thank you Jerome and friends"
