For sure in life there is nothing better than self honesty and being loyal to oneself and to others. And is definitely sad to leave under self-deception and illusion. Is like chasing the wind. The true warrior is the one who does what is right, just and fair and have a good heart and motives when no one is watching. To be loyal and honest to one 's commitments and work hard. And to remember one reap what you sow and nothing in life shall go unseen, even if doesn't come now but it will come one day. Lately I have been reflecting on how much work is done and how effective when there is no one controlling you or I can say having that freedom to show what you got or self-exploration. At the end of the day, no one to blame but yourself. In my work, I have been previleged to have leaders and friends who through our friendship is based on honesty, loyalty, trust and reality. And what is interesting it took time to relate, to disagree, to laugh with each other, building together, understanding each other, to be patient with each other, learning from each other to reach that level of friendship. It doesn't come overnight. It involves self-reflection and decision making and not being bullied or forced or fiddled at.   And we don't realize is that once we fiddle/control in one's territory of life that actual we are making more harm than before. The nature of man is to be rebellious once one feel threatened in his/her territory. At the end of the day, everything is got its own place in life. This stretches to even elite sportsmen and coaches, they create their won freedom to express oneself and allowing a that player to show his talents with the coach 's guidelines. Being honest and loyal to oneself  and others leads to confidence and security (knowing yourself, what you want and where you want to be). And once individual becomes themselves and know what they want and who they are and accept who they are and move from there, the world will be great to live at. Because everyone will be happy with their own gifts/talents and life and not fiddle with the others. Through those special and unique gifts or parts of the world, we will then make the world a better place to live and since we are connected and need each other. We are family irrespective and we owe each other love to be who they are, inspiring each other to be oneself, help someone to stand up to believe who they are, to create hope i someone to be who they are. Staying tru to oneself.
