part of growing up is adjusting to change  and can be quite frightening for a child, as parents and leaders we need to adobt as we offer advice to childrens as they grow up. we've got to move from telling them what to do (because we know best). to lestening to their concerns and questions so we can responds to individual experiences understands what their going through and give them support thats approve to their age.

if a player or someone you leader or guide is still clingy and tearful find out if a specific problem is upseting him or her, it mighty be something that a leadr can sort out, like a bossy play mate or because of not gething a chance to pla y a swing. but some children sufer from condition called seperation and other thing,which means they have excessive fears.

we as leadrs we have to make something that will excite the players or anything that will make them come tommorow if they come onces they will enjoy coming everyday.  always have a smile in your face let them do what they like most and them do what you want them to improve or to learn
