As a leader, it is very important to begin first by recognising your rituals, standard, vision, drive and mission before committing to taking a stand to lead. See if it matches the needs of the people if it doesn't then consider redoing/rearranging your structure.

Some of us who are privileged to speak to people from time to time particularly the marginalised people of this beautiful country South Africa are making the most of the opportunity not to impress but to contribute towards finding solutions to all the challenges facing our country. However, the exercises of finding solutions require a lot of dedication, collaboration, time and research. By the way, we are committed to finding the solution for our country or rather our continent at large. #IsolateIziyobisi

We have realised that when people are pushed to a bad situation be it being told lies or given false promises they lose hope, dignity and they become angry&desperate. Then you know that when people lose hope&dignity, their morals and ethics perish, I prefer that ethics become superfluous than to perish. But it is beyond my powers to control how people should feel nor react. Our continent needs people who are committed to law&ethics for it to change drastically. Ilunga Lenkokheli

Here are some of the few contributing factors to our challenges as the continent that we often undermine. One, when we occupy the office or position we forget the drive (BathoPele) and we do not do genuine follow-ups to the marginalised recipients. Two, we seldom associate or take advantage of our fellow psychologists. Three, our programs slightly serves their purpose. Four, our mandate or proposals conflict with what we utter and our ethics most of the time.

Now here is the reality which our people face every day of their lives. Yes, we as organizations nor institutions do whatever is in our powers to make sure we bring services, programs to our people. However, after every training session, event, tournament, seminars, workshop and consultation held by every organization or institute, there's is a life that has to continue, a tough life of impoverishment, slavery and abuse. This is where the importance of neurological and psychologists comes in. To make sure the mental state is in the right state and language uttered by the recipient reflect positive ethics, meaning they impact more in introspection time (own space). Every issue that is encountered by the marginalised citizens is taking place in the neuro/within and this is where most lose the battle.
