Leaders are there to save and set an example and practice what they preach some have got the wrong mentality of being leaders they just look to themselves are want to be feared leaders don't want to be feared but have that humble character that will accommodate every one even to the smallest level I attended a 2 day unity in diversity workshop last week i saw leaders with a humbleness and yet free to all people being a leader it requires hard workers ,love and courage you there to solve problems not to talk about problems you are there to set an example cause your character also shapes those whom you lead you can be mentioned where ever you go that this people are from such leader cause of your character and with a good leadership you give people that you lead reference as long as they know that there are coming from your leadership they will accommodate them so to all the leaders embrace love,humbleness and don't be a leader for wrong reason or wrong motives some want to be leaders on what benefit them while hiding with people that they lead being a leader you have to be a slave be of equal status with people you lead while they still respect  you and free to come to you and share their lives with you and be there always meaning that a leader role builds character so be careful how you lead # Leadership
