My name is Neo Matlapeng a 41 year old God fearing mother of four beautiful kids. 8 was born and raised in Soweto Meadowlands. From a family of six children raised by a single mom. Completed my matric in 1999 then went to dobsnville college but couldn't complete my studies because of lack of finances. Then I met Thapelo who is my husband now and had my first child who is twenty and doing his matric now.things were so hard then and I got a job at a fish and chips shop where I learned to do magwenya and I was earning R250 a week working 6 days a week and 14hours a day.but I worked with passion then I got a job at a catering company earning R12 per hour until my brother who now lives in upington in northern Cape introduced me to youthzones in 2013 in harrison street in their Joburg offices. I remember first time I went with Doc to Pretoria they wanted someone to do beehive then Doc bought me a laptop which by then I didn't know how to use it but one of the kid from the choir taught me that was the start of big changes in my life.
