Job Description:

Extending the same values of learning and training to graduates, they are offering unemployed graduates an opportunity to join their organisation for an Internship Programme.

•Location: Rosebank, Sandton.
•Closing Date: 14 January 2013. Time: 09h00
•Contract to commence as at 18 February 2013 with a possibility of it starting earlier (depending on operational requirements )

Description:

My client is offering unemployed graduates an opportunity to join its organisation for an Internship Programme. Successful applicants will gain exposure to its training, exhibitions and Conferencing businesses, corporate environment, products, and services through interaction with their experienced management & staff members.
The aim of the programme is to assist unemployed graduates to gain work readiness skills that will ultimately lead to them to being employed in the corporate world. Opportunities exist in seven departments so we are looking for seven graduates to each join one department. Depending on the graduates relevant Tertiary education they would fall under one of these departments,


1.Database researcher,
2.Marketing,
3.Customer Services,
4.Telesales,
5.Recruitment (HR),
6.Conference Production (research),
7.Finance


The internship programme is offered for a period of 12 months only to South African citizens.
The Graduates will receive a monthly stipend from ETDP SETA of R 3000.00
Successful candidates will be required to sign an internship contract for the duration of the internship period.
The placement of individuals for permanent positions who successfully complete the programme is solely dependent on the availability of a suitable vacancy.

Applicants must have one of the following qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor’s/Bcom degree in:
•HR, Research, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Event Management

•Motivational Letter & Future Goals of no longer then 400 words.
