Kaizer Chiefs is aware that there are several other similar in...vitations that Chiefs Academy has sent out, inter alia, via its Facebook page. 3. Please note that Kaizer Chiefs is in no way associated with, or affiliated to, Chiefs Academy or its directors, Gabriel Ian Tsetsengwa, David Lerato Majoro and Qenemoze Enock Tshabalala. In addition, Kaizer Chiefs has not authorised Chiefs Academy to use its registered trademarks in the manner in which they are used. 4. Kaizer Chiefs has been advised that numerous members of the public have been confused into believing that this entity is associated with Kaizer Chiefs and Kaizer Chiefs is taking steps to disassociate itself with this entity and to enforce its rights in and to its various trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
