Consultancy Africa Intelligence (CAI), a web-based company, is looking for driven young Human Resources graduates to participate in our HR Internship Programme, starting on 2 September.
You will work from wherever you are, online, under the supervision of an experienced supervisor. You will assist your supervisor with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, dealing with applications, communicating with staff, evaluation, and more. Lots of room for professional growth.
The internship is unremunerated and open to those who are looking to gain valuable experience and exposure to the possibilities that CAI offers its team members. Upon successful completion of the internship (December 2013), you may be offered a position in our HR team.
To be successful, you must have: a degree in HR, six to eight hours per week, reliable internet access, e-mail skills and basic Excel skills, excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the persistence and meticulous nature associated with an effective work ethic. We are looking for someone who is committed to completing the programme.
Continuous assessment and official acknowledgement provided upon completion.
