There is one thing I cant run away from. That is MYSELF. I am an individual who is very weak when it comes to confrontations ( I am getting better) simply because I feel/think for others how will they be after I said or done what I needed to do after confrontation. Even saying NO is still a struggle for me. It is not good for me. I guess that 's one reason which made me not to continue playing soccer in elite level or any world where it involves anti-personal/emotional characters. There, is not personal rather business (in soccer or any other occupational fields). But one thing which helps me is self-honesty and make sure that my foundation of life, work from there. Not to deceive myself and be fake rather see what is next step needed to move from where I am and get into the solution. And act on that step needed. Is not easy though. Lately I have been kicking myself and challenging myself of what must I do to resolve all the blunders I have made, shortcomings etc or how can I improve in my successes etc. But it starts with self-honesty (soul). And from self-honesty, I automatically become honest to others and most above all, the Man above.  No matter what situation I am or encounter I starts with self-honesty knowing who I am, where I am from (history) and why I am there and what are the steps needed to get to the solution. And act on them. And just continue being a good example.
