TB was once a killer disease but thanks to the knowledge it is curable now there is HIV which has killed lot of people in our communities in ignorance and unprotected sex , people in most of the communities used to hide if a person died of HIV they will say he/she was bewitched spend lot of money going to traditional healers trying to find the cause of the death but couldn't find solution but to blame which craft so lot of people died  of ignorance and lack of knowledge now at list most of people have came to a point of understanding that HIV can be prevented and you can leave with it cause of the awareness programs that have been introduced in and around our communities of which people now full understand that a person is not bewitched but is effected and of which they now clearly understand what HIV is and the society has come to accept people with HIV and support them to go and take their medications and people with HIV have also admitted that they have the virus so they also go around and teach people about to be safe and give out some condoms to the community in places  like taverns, internet cafe,fast foods shops ,salons etc to alert people to have protected sex with this programs being run by different organisations it has helped the community to understand about HIV now we leave happy without discrimination# HIV
