Capacity building with Bloemfontein and Eastern Cape youth leaders this was not just hiking but it was to engage with leaders in building trust,faith and leadership ,Macelo and Noma for the first time meet and shared this awesome experience

Thank you Youthzones for organising this hiking trip.

We got an opportunity to engage on a lot of issues, from challenges to opportunities.

I always preach about the importance of self-awareness and I thought I was self-aware until this humbling experience.

We should always strive to empower and take care of our well being first, before reaching out to help others.

The love of helping others is not always easy. It helps to accept that you cannot always help those in need, especially when you are running on empty yourself. #KuthathaIsikhathi
