Some ages ago there was inequality in our country,only man were participating on various position, every work was for man more especially in the mine woman was not allowed to work underground and that was a big disadvantage for woman,because woman stay at home while man are working for their family and when a man dies no one will look after the family and provide foods on the table and good education. That increases poverty in our country. I don't think if man and woman work together for their family can result poverty, because if one parent dies one can still provide for the family.Woman were not allowed to say a word in front of a man according to our African culture even if man is wronging a woman. Man were allowed to have many wife as they can, but there was a big no for woman to be married by plenty man. 

Nowadays things are better than before woman can context to become a president or a king. Woman can stand in front of a man and say what ever she like to say. Our government came in a very wise idea to improve life style of woman, it encourage woman to take part in businesses and the organizations. I five man can start a business without adding woman it can be disadvantage even government won't fund it. This time everything we do there must be equal number of man and woman. what's surprise me is that if our government need 12 ward community members, 12 man cannot be allowed but 12 woman are allowed because they knew that man's mind is already developed and groomed. So my advise to everyone is that let's make sure that in our programs we must insure that we have both woman and man if is soccer woman must have their own soccer including on the businesses that will help many woman to stand for them selves.
