As we always say people need people, rich or poor, black or white, big headed or small headed. And also people are different and unique have have special talents everyone breathing. And all these talents working together in unity and teamwork, the world automatically becomes a better place. Every person do things in a different way to achieve what they want and what works for Doc to get to achieve what he wants doesn't mean it will be the same formula of success for Grootkop rather one can be inspired or learn from the other. Simply because we have different gifts and live in different environment. But any system which formalize things and have blue print approach or stereotyped simply leads to one disrespecting ones 's strength or freedom needed  for one to achieve what they love and what they are happy with. Anyone not creating that freedom or platform for others to express their special talents is simply insecure or dictator or boss, definitely not a leader. Other thing which led me to share this is simply because I have close friend friend of mine or rather a brother who always told me if you don't do small cheats there and there, you will die. I know is a provocative statement but he doesn't mean literally cheat for example to your partner or steal money etc. Simply what he means every time you try to be perfect, mostly I always never get the things done or submit IN TIME and ending up looking like a failure and having low-self esteem or less pride. . And also he gets things done, not simply he is formal but he does bit by bit and submit in time. I am saying this because yesterday, I was waiting for emails from everyone concerning the hike, but I had few and my friend asked me to send bit by bit and I ended up having majority of them sent and I feel good. Yesterday while working on M&E, I called our evaluators UNISA feeling bad because waiting for the perfect submission and they simply said is ok and send what I have. And they are not having a problem at all but also things were easy simply because of the friendships established. My day just became better and better. Sometimes we create our own formalization/perfections in our heads and sometimes others create it for us but at the end we have the DECISION to make. As I am typing this blog I am sitting under the tree not in my office or classroom where I get less work done. Before I sound like a pastor from freedom park, I will do the best with the little I have.
