Again the youth of South Africa from the disadvantaged community, were given an opportunity to gather together and celebrate Heritage day through sport.
On the 25th of September we were at Nomzamo Community Hall hosting this auspicious occasion, The girls did not disappoint, they showcase their capabilities and it not seat well with the boys and they wanted to be counted. They through in a challenge. The girls accepted and Sis Bulelwa had to do little Netball clinic for the boys before they could play.

The boys were very excited and Sis Bulelwa 's work was made easy because the boys were excited to learn and within some minutes they learned as much as they could and 30 minutes later.

It was a netball game and from the beginning i could see the excitement transferred to the fans. The atmosphere was a buzz. the hall was on standstill and the boys breaking the boundaries. when the game came to an end, the boys were victors and the girls were so tired but they all wanted a revenge but due to time we could not accommodate their request but we agreed that they should be a soccer game in return, the same teams battling each other on soccer field.

25 September 2017 will be a day to remember for these young lions. i am sure they are still excited even today.

All the compliments goes to Youthzones, FSSA and their sponsors for a job well done. if it was not about them nothing like could have happened. our community elders were service delivery protest but they could not get the young people attention on the day.
