Commitment is a pledge you make to do something or to behave in a certain way.sometimes we just don't feel like doing the work we need to do to reach a goal,we might even feel like no matter what we do,we're just not 'good enough' ( or clever enough,or strong enough,or talented enough ) to reach our target,when we find ourselves struggling to stay on track,we feel even worse about ourselves but we can stay committed by being positive.

Distractions.Have you ever been distracted from a goal? Do any of the following sound familiar?
1. i'm bored. 2. this is taking too long!. 3. i'll get back on track when this crisis is over. 4. there are too many problems. 5. it's too hard. 6. i am too upset to carry on right now. 7. i rather do something more interesting.

well here are some positive things to make you stay on track.
1. break the goal up into smaller measurable targets. 2. reward yourself for making progress and staying on track. 3. acknowledge feelings like,doubt,boredom,etc.but don't let those feelings stop you from staying committed. 4. if you are having second thoughts,write down all the reasons why the goal is important to you. 5. visualize yourself achieving your goal.feel how happy and proud you will be. 6. get support and encouragement from family and friends,and remember that ' A mistake along the way is not a failure but a chance to learn and improve. '.
so lets stay positive guys.
