Today I  want to talk about leadership.

few months back I wrote an article on Leadership as I defined it as a process whereby someone leads and others are being led.

it has recently appeared in everyone's attention that when it comes to leadership, women are being over looked as potential leaders.

I may not be powerful enough to change any person's mind and their way of thinking  but we need to turn to reality before we start judging.

what I am meaning to say is that we need to look at what is happening around us, look at who is doing what and how are they doing it. I have seen a lot of women taking initiatives towards many accomblished activities:

• I have seen women running their own business without  fear and failure.
• I have seen women taking care of  their children on their own, teaching them how to live and they succeed
• How often do you wake up in the morning and receive news that a woman driven car was involved in an accident?
• a child raised by their mothers are different from others, I will not mention in what way

the above mentioned cannot be achieved without good leadership skills and yet there is still mentalitry that a man cannot be led by a woman.

leadership fails when we choose to lead with physical strength.

only mental strength can lead us to green pastures of any constitution.

we need young and gifted leaders, we need something new and ready to function..

let a woman take charge then you can start to judge.
