The first thing to know when we are building a team is who wants to be In the team. The best person to have in our team is someone whose skills and heart are focused on one thing. The last thing we need is to have to worry about people who don't want to be in our team. The second important thing is to understanding  their motives for being in the team. The third thing is having a team of people who complement each other. The team members must excel in different aspects.
