It always come with dedication, passion, respect and hard work to be able to built bonds and good relationship with the under's. The feeling of coaching and mentoring the juniors is always awesome and great because you tend to teach and learn different things from them although it takes perseverance to achieve all of this. I salute all the coaches because they play a significant role in making sure that the players at the early age are well to raised in terms of life skills and soccer skills. It is always a great feeling that you have a responsibility and that responsibility is to guide, teach, be aware and have good bunch of players having one goal to achieve. Although it is not a child's play to achieve this, through the love and the aim not disadvantaged the kids, you are always everyday at the sport field to train them. So from my side do not get discouraged that you are not benefiting anything, indirectly you are through developing future parent and professional soccer play, so do not take it bad for doing that remuneration will come unexpectedly so never and never expect returns for doing good to fellow community member, all shall come when needed to come. Keep doing the great work you guys are doing in mentoring and parenting the future leaders and players. I salute you for dedicating your precious time to children.
