after a very difficult year due to the lack of job opportunities, the economic slowdown, and the onslaught of heavy rains that left many people affected and in need of all the help they can get, we felt it was a good idea to help as a community service organization in need by running our annual campaign.

this year we have collected clothing, bedding, and school uniforms to help the community of Sphingo in Dakota who seem to be in dire need of help after the floods that left them without homes, clothing, and all household goods. the community supported us a lot by donating clothes which made the campaign successful.

To celebrate Mandela Day, which is a day of caring and giving back to the community, we are Ziko Lamagama and we have brought back our annual warm winter campaign. it was a great pleasure to see people interested in the goods we had brought with us to help.

There were moments where it was emotional as we witnessed the joy people had and the words of gratitude from the community. It is true that we you you grow.
