Just touched Durban and it feels great and welcoming, good weather, good people and the change of climate. it is an honor to be here together with other Youthzones leaders in order to be able to build the relationship and connection that we are one family even though we are from different provinces and to maintain that strong connection we have with them that YES we love them like other sites. The people are awesome and the response is positive. I had to meet Thulani from Umlazi and Sphelele whom is new to the youthzones. The guys are great and doing well in their respective sites through developing young kids of different genders with soccer and life skills. The thing that stood up for me was Thulani's ladies team called Arsenal fc which is the best ladies team in Umlazi according to my perspective prior to the style of play, discipline, team work and commitment among each other from their coach to player. It is always good to witness such work from one of our leaders and especially with the touch human being to crack, the young ladies of Umlazi. It is an opportunity to learn in order to reflect more at my site and other Youthzones sites. From the side story of Thulani, it was very difficult to run the team because the infidelity people at Umlazi where about their kids especially since they are the ladies, people talked bad about him but he stood strong and believed that he will pull through with the ladies despite politics and not being trusted the ladies also meet him half in order to make the Arsenal a great team. "Perseverance is the mother of success that's what i told him". My mandate is to build connection with the guys and everything seems to be accordingly i also helped Thulani and other team members with the opening and creation of EMAIL accounts which it felt good after all. We went to Sphelele's pending site which is also my mandate to help them with creating EMAIL ACCOUNTS so to communicate better with the youthzonees and also to help them with opening and creating NEW Youthzones site and become part of the family. At the moment all is well and i believe it will continue to be like that. i enjoy my stay stay which is part of the trip and my advice to you family members is to make the most out of the opportunities you get it might be from Youthzones or other part of the world so keep on working hard and the fruits will come soon rather later.
