We just don't do something if we are not going to do it properly, we don't do the job if we are not going to go the extra mile, and a job half done is a job not done at all. As leaders we must not be afraid to surround ourselves with people who know more than we do or with a team that is stronger than we are. Our job as leaders is to bring people together and to get the best out of them. It's not necessarily to know more than them. Of course, there are areas where we may know more than our people, but there are many areas where they know more than us.
