It was not easy to work with different people but if you get some they dont understands and they dont ask question in order to make them get the point you have to give them an equal oppotunity to cretisizing anyone treat them equal.we have the oppotunity to hear some the player individual problem and what they need us to help.

we thank youthzones for the oppotunities they give us as leaders, life skills programme give batter education amongts the players, players have the chance to express themselves from anything they think we dont make them feel welcome from the team but when we do life skills we have many people surprised that we are no longer focusing on football but also life skills education after there we visited by teachers and parents gives thanks to the coaches and they bring their childrens to join the development team.

we are looking forward to creat our own life skills booklet that will be reach by others how we do things outside and on the field showing that we give anyone who is willing to learn and to teach us what they think we improve on
