You vision must accommodate other people as to how is it going to help them, also do not have a vision that when you leave this earth it dies with you have a vision that will live even if you are no more.Like Martin Luther King he had a vision that the nation would come together as one and his vision was for everyone and so it came through but he did not live to see his vision taking place and he is still honoured for it.
