There's a big difference between existing and living. For example, existing is being among the number of human beings that are on earth, but living is being among the number of human beings that are making a difference and making impacts in the lives of others. Criminals exist, rather than living because they make people's lives miserable instead of serving and trying to be the best they can be to inspire other people. Crime brings darkness in people's lives many are perplexed by the extent of evil and wickedness. A criminal act actually portrays a gloomy picture in other people's minds which affects them negatively, robbing them of their happiness and living freely.
