One may say to be a leader you have to kill so you can gain power but thus not true to lead needs people with passion a vision without it you may lose direction and people around you get along the path of death as we know you lead by example and leave to leave a true legacy which leaves people with hope one once said leaders don't complain but find solution to the problem yet solve with out any favoritism but judging in an fair and free judgment that resolve the matter if we had the leaders who where not able to sit down and reason truly today we wont be enjoying freedom we are free because of leaders who swallowed their pride and put their lives in danger just to see us liberated and build a better mzansi  thus what we all need leader that know what to do and never work under pressure but be on top of pressure regardless what the majority says but able to stand and say know when a no is hard to say but as a leader believing that the right thing is to say know then  you have qualities of being lead with success i can mention a few but the list goes on and on lets lead by example and shape the future of our youth so that we all enjoy the fruits of faithfulness and willingness of the movement that a leader dedicates in leading people to a better tomorrow
