1. Leaving your comfort zone will never be easy. This year I decided to take a bold step and leave my comfort zone, believe me there are opportunities out there, it will take time but believe me it will be worth it at the end. That little corner shop you are thinking to establish will never start unless you wake up and do something. 

My friend with AIDS is still my friend.  I don't know which word they use, but I think there is one. People are stil finding it difficult to accept people with living with AIDS. SOME NURSES shout at those people who want treatment,I think its about time we love and support them. We are affected by this. Remember together we stand divided we fall
