Dreaming of success is great, being a leader you need to know where do you want to go, And how will you get there? What end goal do you have in your mind? Are your goals aligned to the goals and strategy or your company?

The power of the mind needs to be realised as part of the preparation for a win (VICTORY). One needs to put equivalent amounts of sweat into the mental and physical of a game.

" The answers to that questions cropped up in every conversation and behaviours and characteristics are as extensive as they are challenging. "You don't do leadership you 'be' it"

HAVE SYMPHATHY AND GIVE WITH LOVE AND CARING

When giving (even with a counter contributer) Remember there`s NO JESUS JUNK! What is Jesus Junk? it is stuff people donate because they are too lazy to dump it at an official garbage dump, so they drop all their broken or ugly staff at church or a charity!

Don`t give a broken computer or dirty things. Give things that people will love and it will last for after giving them away. A second hand cell phone that works is great because it will give the affection of love and a…

The joy in talking the time to mentor someone lies in witnessing and enabling their gradual growth, then basking in their glory when they move ahead.

Volunteer To Help Others

Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community and help others learn the skills you have. Even if you don't think you have skills you can still help someone out in your community just by talking or doing their shopping for 1 hour per week.
