Everyone has the ability to make a difference and it's our job as a leaders to give everyone the opportunity and provide and support to make that difference. If we can, we'll create the greatest organization in the world. If, as business leaders, we can establish the trust of the workforce then anything is possible.

Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.

The way you think and feel about yourself, including your beliefs and expectations about what is possible for you, determines everything that happens to you. When you change the quality of your thinking, you change the quality of your life, sometimes instantly.
You have complete control over only one thing in the universe — your thinking! You can decide what you are going to think in any given situation. Your thoughts and feelings determine your…

We need to train ourselves to listen to others because it is a real danger to be busy formulating our thoughts and response while someone is talking. Of course sometimes all we hear is absolute rubbish, but on many occasions we will lean something from conversations. It's also important for experienced leaders to listen to younger people, so that we can understand where they are before we can guide them.

Talking like this is after my observations I made from the website of Youthzones. My leaders we have turned the website into a facebook. Where now as leaders we promote ourselves more than sharing the stories that youthzones is all about which is sports , life skills ,…

I watched a local football match in a school playing ground. As I sat down, I asked one of the boys what the score was.
With a smile, he replied; "They are leading us 3-0"!
And I said, REALLY!!
I told him you don't look discouraged.
"Discouraged?" the boy asked with a puzzled look ...
Why should I be discouraged when the referee has not blown the final whistle?
I have confidence in the team and the managers; We shall definitely…

I know a big part of what held me back are my negative thoughts. I'm sure you can relate: you get motivated to change your life, but it quickly fades and feelings of uncertainty come back. Luckily, I learned there are tricks to overcome that feeling once and for all.#Youthzones

Everyone knows that the earth
is moving but none of them is
seeing it moving.
They know that your life is
stagnent because none of them
is seeing it moving but slowly
but surely God is taking ur to ur
Destiny, God is taking ur life in
a direction of all the promises
he makes to u in the bible, ur
life is changing but no one is
seeing it coming only God is
seeing it. Be still & know He is
God.
