this year with my team we will be doing BACK TO SCHOOL PROJECT after last year successful SCHOOL SHOES PROJECT were 57 learners received brand new pairs of school school shoes through donation from people who took their money and buy shoes and donate them towards the project. this year we will focus on raising stationary for schools . we already started getting helps from people .

Great leaders know that success in leadership is a two-way street. Part of successful leadership is recognizing that leading other people is a privilege given to us by those who follow us. We cant be a great leaders without the support of committed followers. Leaders empower the people who follow them as much as the followers empower their leaders.

In all undertakings in life it is natural that we would want to understand the vision that informs such an undertaking. It would never make sense for us to join and become part of something we don't understand. Fully understanding the vision is one of the most vital hallmarks of leadership. If we are joining an organisation as leaders it is imperative that we understand what that organisation stand for and where it is going.

As an entrepreneur our job is service. When we do the work we love for the people we care about, service is privilege. The more we serve the happier our clients become. Service is a funny thing: it is the highest form of enlightened self-interest. When we serve others we make them happy and when they are happy they return their favour by sharing their happiness with us. The more people we serve the more happy clients we get to deal with.
