WE HAVE TO PUT MORE EFFORT ON PEOPLE OF OUR COMMUNITIES ESPECIALLY  YOUNG PEOPLE, OTHERWISE WE WONT HAVE PRESIDENTS IN FUTURE IF WE DONT TAKE A GOOD CARE OF THEM. IF THEY DO WRONG, WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY CHANGE FROM WRONG TO WRITE BY ENCOURAGING THEM.
