I have lot of questions on

How to discipline the players if they are fitting during training section??

1.How to discipline under 17 boys??

-Do I give them pushups?

- Make them sprint 20 time?

-Burnished them from 3 games ?

- Hit them with the stick ?

2. How to discipline under 11

-Tell their parents how they react during training?

- Or do I do what I do to the older boys?

I've learned a lot from being poor and I'm teaching others that sometimes being poor is not a bad thing. I'm teaching this two young boys who are playing for my team that they can learn a lot from the situation they are farcing. They lost their father while they were young and the mother is out looking for jobs and she only comes once or twice month a if she has something for them.I'm teaching them how to stand on their own two feet. Today I trained 3 special boys (deaf) and I had to communicate with them buy using sign language. It was a bit challenging cause I've never used sign language before.
